I had emailed the message below simultaneously five times to Marc Juliano at mjuliano@steelmarkonline.com and Mike Whelan at mwhelan@steelmarkonline.com. In addition, I had left a voice message at the 918-827-6453 phone number, in which I stated my name, phone number, that I had sent emails, my reason for calling, and requested a call-back. I have yet to receive a reply via either email or phone. So now I am posting this message via this forum with the hope that Marc and/or Mike may respond through this forum for all, or that another, or others, may know the answers to my questions.

Dear Marc Juliano and Mike Whelan,

I have been looking through your website and now have a few questions and comments:

Your http://www.steelmarkonline.com/newsitem07.htm webpage dated Tuesday, April 20, 2004 states, "The fourth edition of the Talmud Jmmanuel is expected to be released in August 2004 and the second edition of Celestial Teachings is expected in December 2004". Then the http://www.talmudjmmanuel.com/ website and http://www.steelmarkonline.com/products.htm pages state, "Available Summer 2006." Yet I am unable to find a way to purchase these books through either of these websites and I am unable to find them elsewhere. Currently, are these books available for purchase? If available, what is your current price for the 4th Edition of the Talmud Jmmanuel and, if available, what is your price for the 2nd Edition of Celestial Teachings? If they are still not available, when do you expect them to be available?

The stated Talmud Jmmanuel ISBN 0-9711523-3-0 and the Celestial Teachings ISBN 0-9711523-4-9 at http://www.steelmarkonline.com/newsitem07.htm appear to not to be correct. I have found the Talmud Jmmanuel ISBN 0-9711523-3-0 at Borders and Barnes & Noble, but the information presented states that it is the hardcover 3rd Edition. Also, I am unable to correlate the Celestial Teachings ISBN 0-9711523-4-9 to any book.

If you could, would you please explain the similarity, differences, and correlation, if any, between the 180 page $14.95 book Talmud of Jmmanuel (http://www.amazon.com/Talmud-Jmmanuel-Judas-Ischarioth/dp/1893157121) June 15, 2005 Edition by Bridger House Publishers, the 299 page the Talmud of Jmmanuel, July 1990, 1st Edition by Wildflower Press (http://www.amazon.com/Talmud-Jmmanuel-Translation-English-German/dp/0926524127), and your $24.95 fourth edition of the Talmud Jmmanuel.

Are you aware that the http://www.talmudjmmanuel.com/ site displays a "cover page" with its links leading only to a blank, dead-end page?

The one-page http://www.pleiadiandeparture.com/ website states that the Pleiadian Departure "book will be available from Steelmark in June of 2004." Since I am unable to locate this book elsewhere, and there is no apparent process to purchase this book through your websites, is this book available for purchase? If available, what is your current price for the Pleiadian Departure? If it is not available, when do you expect it to be available?

What is The Decalog and what is the Semjase Contact Notes? If available, what information do they present and what are their prices? Is the Semjase Contact Notes the same as or similar to Wendelle C. StevensMessage from the Pleiades volumes, but only of the notes that pertain to Meier’s Semjase contacts? If they are not available, when do you expect them to be available?

Are you aware that the webpages http://www.steelmarkonline.com/semjase_contact_notes.htm and http://www.steelmarkonline.com/decalog.htm are dead-ends that display the standard error message, “The page cannot be found”, “The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.”

Are you aware that the UFO Chat Room at http://www.steelmarkonline.com/chat_room.htm does not function? “Error RM857. group does not exist: Steelmark”, “Disconnected: Connection dropped.” is produced. Is this because a session must be initiated from your end, or has this function been abandoned?

Why is the http://www.steelmarkonline.com/downloads.htm page’s last update 2-3-2004? Has there not been any additional pertinent news since 2-3-2004?

Why are Steelmark books, other than And Still they Fly, not available anywhere else, such as at Amazon.com, buy.com, Borders, Barnes and Noble, etc?

Are there any plans to offer Steelmark books in an eBook format?

Your reply, by email, phone, or fax, will be greatly appreciated and helpful. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Daniel J. Franco

Hi Daniel ~

The e-mail address you have for me (which is probably still up on our website) is no longer in use, except for catching a lot of spam which is the reason I no longer use it. This is the price paid for publishing an e-mail address on a website. I check it once in a long while to just make sure I didn't miss any e-mail. We have not had a chance to install a "contact us" form as a replacement for the e-mail addresses. In the meantime, it would be best to contact me through the "Private" messaging function in this forum, unless of course you prefer public posts like these.

As far as Mike's address, it should be active, although he travels quite a bit for his job so I don't know if he received it or not.

Talmud Jmmanuel, 4th Edition is still undergoing changes by the editor (Billy Meier) to enhance its clarity and correctness from prior editions. We have not received approval on it yet due to the many unforeseen changes that were needed. Unfortunately I cannot give you a definitive date for its release since there are too many variables when publishing material by FIGU that involve rendering a precise translation/version.

I would not know why the ISBN for Talmud Jmmanuel came up with a hardcover edition at the store. Mike Whelan would need to respond to you on any ISBN issues. I did notify Mike to find your question on this and respond.

As far as Bridger House's version, that is an illegal version of our book and is being sold with neither permission from the author nor Steelmark. We, Steelmark, own the rights to the English version of Talmud Jmmanuel and this will be appropriately dealt with before long.

We plan to publish Celestial Teachings after the Talmud Jmmanuel, 4th Edition. Until then, you can contact James Deardorff, the author, for information on where his original version can be found. His website can be found at http://www.tjresearch.info.

For your other questions, Mike will need to respond. I can tell you that Pleiadian Departure is no longer slated for publication in the near future. Decalogue may be printed soon, in addition to the Pleiadian/Plejaren Contact Reports (no longer the Semjase Contact Notes) but this will depend on final approved translations by FIGU Switzerland.

We don't have a Webmaster to make changes to our websites and we try to make any updates on our own, whenever possible. At the moment, Steelmark, the company, is run only in our spare time, so we are aware there are many "loose ends" with regard to the content of our sites.

Regards,

Dear Marc,

I apologize for not having thought to send the message privately via this forum. Nevertheless, thank you for your quick and informative response. It has helped greatly.

One important question, at least to me it is, appears not to have been answered: Are there any plans to offer Steelmark books in an eBook format?

Sincerely,

Daniel J. Franco
